Barry M. Eisenberg, Managing Principal

Mr. Eisenberg brings more than 20 years of experience helping financial-services firms, on both the buy-side and sell-side, manage complex technological, regulatory, and operational change initiatives across every function, front-to-back.

He has a proven ability to bridge business strategy and technology by combining deep industry and domain knowledge with technological fluency, functional expertise, and data-driven decision-making.

His background includes leading strategic capital-optimization programs at Citi Global Markets, heading the Product Management team and leading corporate technology strategic projects at AllianceBernstein, and leading the design, development, and implementation of valuation and investment-performance frameworks and technology for Mubadala Investment Company.

He holds a BA in Managerial Economics from Union College, an MBA in Finance and International Business from the Zicklin School of Business, and a certification in Blockchain Technologies from the Sloan School at MIT.
